Devon, Eddie Wood, & I used to hang out in 10th grade at the current North Intermediate. Still such a sad situation. RIP Devon.

Don't think I will ever forget when Devon passed away. Way too young my first experience ever knowing someone who died. Extremely talented.

I had known Devon most of my childhood! My fondest memory of Devon was him doing his ceremonial Native American dances! He was very talened! I was playing a a baseball game at the time I had learned he had been killed!

Devon was a great person and a great friend! I remember when he died...such a shock. This was my first experience with losing a friend and it was really sad and hard to understand why. He had his whole life ahead of him and to have it taken away in such a way is just a tragedy. I remember going to the viewing at his home and to his funeral. He looked so peaceful and like a different person dressed and made up in his native clothes and traditions. Devon, my friend, you are thought of often and missed greatly! Rest in Peace my friend!

Devon was an awesome friend...never a stranger did he find. His heart was as big as his smile! Devon was the first friend I lost growing up. Still have such wonderful memories of him. I have told stories of Devon to my friends and my children, about what a wonderful person he was, how he touched everyones lives in some shape or fashion and how tragic his death was to all of us around him. He is greatly missed! RIP Devon!

Pam, you are right. Devon was one of the friendlist people I've ever known. He treated everyone the same. His passing is still as shocking to me today as it was then. Rest in peace Devon.
