The 20yr Class Reunion Committee met March 7th.  Below, please find the notes from the meeting, the date for the reunion, and committees which are Desperately Seeking Classmates.  Check back here in early April for updates!

Reunion Date:   Reunion will be October 3-4, 2008

Reunion Price: We are going to aim to keep the price to less than $50 per person.

Friday Night:      Candace Corcoran Jones is heading this committee and the main activity this night will be the Broken Arrow football game. Go Tigers! We will have some “pre game” and “after game” activities too!
SaturdayShae Roggendorff and Tirica Doll Riggs are working on options for Saturday. They are researching golf, park, and zoo.
Saturday Night: This will be the BEST! Jennafer Leone Cuckler is chairing this group looking at the festivities for Saturday night. The committee decided it wanted fun rather than fancy and DJ rather than band. Jennafer’s committee is researching lots of fun places in Tulsa – if you have a suggestion or connection, please contact her.
Angie Fritz Crotts is researching party favors (with Candace) and also looking into fun things we can do during the gatherings.   Natalie Sorgnard Large had some very fun ideas for both Friday and Saturday night – stay tuned as these develop!
Steve Hayman has agreed to serve as the Official Class of 1988 Webmaster!
Here are the Committees for the Reunion. Find your passion and volunteer! Please contact Deanne at 4dhughes@cox.net and let her know how you would like to help. Note that several of these committees are perfect for out-of-towners!
Committees:
Seekers – Perfect for all you out of towners – tune up google and your old network of friends – let’s find our class!  Thanks, Kelly Roberts - for starting with the R's!
Tellers – Perfect for classmates who can’t come to meetings easily. This committee will publicize the website, the reunion, and the activities to the community at large. This will be writing press releases and providing reunion information to community calendars in the Broken Arrow and Tulsa area.
Planners – See the discussion above for the lead planners for Friday night, Saturday, and Saturday night events.
Welcomers – Another great committee for out of towners. This group will staff the check in table, organize the packets for registration, and make the buttons that will serve as nametags.
Treasurer – This will be an important position. We plan to use the Class Creator relationship with Paypal to accept registrations for the reunion, but someone still has to write the checks and receive the money. For all those CPAs in our class – this can wait until after April 15th!  Thanks Tricia Doll for volunteering for this role!
Memory Committee – This group will work on a slide show of old and new pictures to show during the Reunion. This is another great committee for our out-of-towners! This committee will also scan all the pictures from the year book to be used by the Welcomers with the nametag buttons. The sky is the limit for this committee – it could even do a “What the world was like…” video. Depending on our budget, we might want to consider making a gift to BAHS from our class.   At the meeting last week, the group also thought some sort of recognition of the classmates no longer with us would be appropriate.
Decorators – This committee will decorate for Saturday night event.    This would be the table decorations, balloons, entry table/check in, and some prop for photo backdrop. Out-of-towners welcome!
Directory – This committee will create a class directory to be provided to the attendees. A graphic designer will help make this awesome!

We would love to have you at our next meeting – we will start at In the Raw Brookside location on March 28 6:00 p.m. You MUST RSVP to 4dhughes@cox.net and jencuckler@cox.net so we will be prepared for the right number of guests.
